I have lost track of the DBI toolset over the last year and half. Now that the family is runited, I have a couple of questions. - one is about the availability on Unix. Which of the pieces are available on Unix at this moment ? Is the Custom Drivers gateway available ? - what is the current version of the pieces ? /albert

    Hi /albert,

Currently, DBI and the gateways to Oracle, DB2, Sybase, PC Data,
SequeLink and EDA/SQL all ship on UNIX. They are all version 3.1A.

We are working on a newer, portable Custom Drivers gateway based on DBI
technology. We expect to be field testing this with the version 7
products on UNIX in the near future.

    Hope this helps,

    dan
