So, there I am in Newbury Comics a couple weeks ago, looking
through the bargain bin [of course!!], and what do I find
but the self-titled CD by Elf [1972] ... lead vocals done by
Ronald Padavona, who would later become Ronnie James Dio.
It's not bad ... bluesy rock-type of stuff. Deserves a listen
or 2, for sure.

Gee ToTo, look at the Rainbow, um, Cozy Powell is available
for some studio work? Oh what the heck...
