| Well, I called the Palace, @617-233-7400, spoke to Michelle and
Bridget, they stated that the Palace is not going anywhere.
They confirmed that an offer had been made, but that there are
no plans for a sale at this time.
If you call the above # they'll run down the list of coming
attractions. They seem to have landed Cinderella for an upcoming
show. I believe it's 22-APR...
So, 1 for, and 3 against the Palace.
Re .3 - There's that word again, I guess the moderator is cool
with it. Most normal Americans can deal with it, for
puritan reasons, it's still taboo in corporate america
to use "cuss" words. When used in this context it just
seems so friendly, like a familiar phrase...

the place has been going down the poopy pipe anyways, it was Only A Matter
of Time (DT tm) before the place went under
PRiC tells me when they played there with some big headliner, the
headliner stopped the show and refused to go on because they had no
monitors and the PA was totally blown out.

| It's official, the Red Square is dead.
They had Widowmaker, Slaughter, Qiuet Riot and Nightranger in there
during July.
They had scheduled Kix in there on the 12th, but closed the place
without even skipping a beat.

| I heard that the Palace Complex has reopened the Red Square
room for shows.
I haven't called to verify, if it's true let's hope they
can manage the room more efficiently this time.
