| well I'm glad you asked......I bought it about 3 weeks before I left
the UK and think its absolutely excellent.In fact,I heard the song
"sucker punch" on WAAF this morning and it brought back how good it
was.But since I don't have a cd player,I can't hear it! 8(
The main song writer used to be in a band called "The Quireboys" who
also were very good.

| How much trouble does it take to buy a lousy CD player? Get out the
crowbar and pry open that wallet of yours and go buy something! Don't
forget to cover your face with a hanky first to protect against the
ensuing dust...

| The last one I bought, a used portable, cost me $40. Not the most
modern unit, but it was in excellent condition and works great.

| I've been to a lot of places and they don't have what I want!I don't
want a multi player model but I do want Technics!The only model I found
was at least 3 years old and out of date.

There's nothing wrong with Technics.
My entire A/V system [besides the RS EQ I bought used] at the
house it Technics/Panasonic.

| Saw them at Donington Monsters of Rock on Saturday. I've never heard them
before but I thought they were pretty good.

Check out the pawn shops. They usually have a lot of CD players

I read some where else that there a Wildhearts ep called "Caffeine
bomb",can someone give a track listing as the Wildhearts released a
single that wasn't on "Earth versus..." but was a good song!I think it
was the first single they released.
