I also bought "Too Late to Pray" by Cerebus ... they seem
to fall under 'speed metal'. Fast guitar-work, and some-
times too-fast vocals. At first I was discouraged by the
opening songs, but then a couple songs were OK. Even fol-
lowing the lyrics sheet was difficult 'coz the lead vocal-
ist pronounces some of the words VERY strangely ... I found
myself getting lost due to reading the wrong words (or so
I thought at the time).
A few songs worth mentioning:
Longing for Home (ballad) - understandable and well-written.
Rock the House Down - good H_M anthem
Distant Eyes - my favorite off the album
I should also make mention of the bassist ... Eric Burgess.
He does a good job on this album, and also wrote most of
the songs and/or music.

Hmm...Cerebus. Is "Too Late to Pray" their first album, or
have they been around a while? Judging on who bought it,
think I'll give 'em a try!
