is called 'No Mercy', I can't remember the name of the album, but
    I know it was long...

off or lost last year, I sold my car with the ST bumpersticker,
and I gave the CAP to my head-banging 10 year old nephew.....

All I've got left is this small scar from getting kicked in the
head by a dude who jumped off the stage at an ST show in Palo Alto.

I'm guess 33 is getting a little old for slammin' anyway...

They've taken more of a metal approach to their music ever since "Join

Suicidal Tendencies opened up for Queensryche at the Providence
[RI] Civic Center last night, and there I was, 19 rows back and
    	seeing everything.

They were good, for a thrash band, but not great. Rocky [the
guitarist] was lost in the mix for the whole set ... his stuff
came through occasionally, but not often. I could see that he
was WAILING, and heard some of it, but not enough to really
like it. And Mike's vocals basically did the same thing. Way
too much low-end for the set ... the bass and drums came through
very well, but the mids [vocals] and highs [guitar] weren't as
clear. If I didn't know most of the words I would have been
    	lost. Song list:

    	You Can't Bring Me Down
    	Send Me Your Money
    	Alone
    	Lovely
How Will I Laugh Tomorrow ...
    	Pledge Your Allegiance

I'm surprised nobody talked about last S.T. release yet !

This one's called "THE ART OF REBELLION" and, according to the critics,
is one of the best HM release of this year.

I bought it three weeks ago, and I have to admit this CD sounds very
different from what I've heard of them before.

    Here are the titles :

    Can't stop I wasn't meant to feel this/...
Accept my sacrifice Gotta kill Captain STUPID
Nobody hears I'll hate you better
Tap into the power Which way to free
Monopoly on sorrow It's going down
We call this mutha revenge where's the truth ?

You should listen to "Can't Stop" or "Gotta kill Captain STUPID",
    they're great stuff !

I bought it about a month ago or so, and have listened to it a
couple times. I agree ... "Gotta Kill Captain Stupid" is one
of my favorites, as well as "Tap Into the Power".

But their best album [IMO] is "How Will I Laugh Tomorrow ...".

| 477.77 | Suicidal Tendencies | SUBURB::WAITEG | I'm nothing but should be everything | Thu Dec 03 1992 10:38 | 16 |
| | I saw the Suicidal Tendencies on MTV. The song was Nobody Hears and I
have to admit it was pretty good. I brought the album it was on, called
'The Art Of Rebellion' and that too impressed me.

I've also heard an earlier album and the song that impressed me was
'How can I laugh tomorrow, when I can't even smile today...'.

A lot of people say there music is Heavy metal but I would say they
border on the line of Metal-Funk. Thats my opionion and you might not
    agree with that.

Does anybody have any information regarding the bands albums, records,
    tours, merchandise.

I just saw them open for Megadeth. The bassist is AMAZING. The rest of

Nobody Hears is a WAY cool tune though.
