        includes: all utilities except telephone. Linens, washer/dryer 
        and use of kitchen included as well.  Must be a mature, neat, quiet, 
        non-smoker, preferably a female. I have a cat in case of allergies.  
        Location of condo: Off Daniel Webster by Spit Brook Road in Nashua. 
        Minutes from Rte 3,the Pheasant Ln Mall, restaurants, grocery 
        stores, cleaners etc.  Swimming pool opened this past weekend and
        a parking spot is also included.
