| | "... hmm, hmm, hmm, and I'm FLIRTIN' WITH DISASTER!" ad infinitum.
Cool band for the time. Saw them opening for UFO and REO back when the
latter played real music ("Ridin' the Storm Out") not the sappy
   commercial dreck.
Ah, back in the days when all you needed was a Marshall stack, a Les
Paul, and damaged hearing to be successful. Sigh. :-)

WOW Sam - there's a flashback for me! I saw the Molley
Hatchet/UFO/REO concert as well (I'm sure they only toured together
once!). Agreed on REO - they were OK for me back around REO/TWO (A
actually liked Golden Country). And as for UFO, that was the last tour
with that version of the band with Michael Schenker (Oh NO, I'm gonna
hear from Tristan Rex!). Later in that tour, he was replaced with
Paul "Tonka" Chapman from Lone Star. Of course, Schenker came back
in later years for some $>

Funny thing, guess what I heard on the way to work today? "Flirtin' .."
Gotta try that out when I get home; haven't played it in years, but just
hearing it got the juices flowing.
Does anyone happen to have a copy of the album/CD that they no longer
want? I can only remember about half the parts.. I'll actually pay!

| | A couple of years ago, you could have bought Duane Roland's black
Firebird and Dave Hlubek's wacky custom Explorer-like guitar from a
dealer down in Florida. For cheap. In fact, Duane's bird was pretty
nice; I had them send me some photos and was seriously considering it.
It had been refinished (which means a neck repair) and the fretboard
had been changed to ebony with Super 400 split block inlays. It was
very sharp, and the folks at Guitar Broker were begging me to make an
    offer on it.

Someone else eventually took that prize.
