Is alive and well in Maine. In response to the Holiday Card I
sent I got a letter. Here are liberal quotes:
"... I've got to tell you, if I'd known how scary it
was going to be to be unemployed for so long, I would have
stuck it out at the Augusta plant. Hoooooeeeee!
"Here's an update on what's been going on. I'd appreciate
it if you'd pass this along to the rest of the guitarnotes folks.
"Gotta a gig... playing 50's and 60s, bass, name of the
band is Cruiser. They work 2-3 weekends a month and get great
pay (well for me anyway). Can't believe I got this gig. There were
"real" bass players auditioning for it! We're playing at Sugarloaf
	Lodge on New Years Eve.
"Gotta day gig working for a small company in South Portland,
Maine. They have 4 offices in the state and they want me to network
them. They'll be paying for me to get my CNE and I'm a happy guy.
Tried to give DEC our business but so far can't get a salesman to
answer my calls... sound familiar? Last week I told that I had
friends being laid off because there wasn't enough revenue, and
that the next call I made would be to Bob Palmer's office in Maynard,
	heh, heh...
"Jay Tasjian is an "effin" GOD!! No shit I just finished
stumbling through a recipe from him for hot-rodding a twin and the
results were amazing - total headroom and great tone. Hey, I even
used a scope, kind of technical, huh? [I hope he remembered to wet
sand, too! - ccb] I did run into one little problem though. I wired
four 25 WT wirewound resistors together to make what I thought would
make a dandy dummy load and wound up getting them so hot that they
actually emitted smoke! I was scared somewhat. See if any of the guys
know where I could pick up a working dummy load. They'll have a
hell of a lot of fun with that question and I might even get a
	straight answer."

| | Chuck recently landed a job with some outfit in Waltham after a few months of
life without DEC. As far as I know he's not jammin' with anybody ut himself.
He's living in Townsend Mass and probably is in the phone book if anyone wants
to chat with him.
Chuck usually comes to all my band's gigs even though he has to drive 3-4 hours.
What a guy...

| | I got a Christmas card from Randy Bronson. He didn't say much except
that the Marshall cabs he bought from me were still working well (a
pair of 4x10s that used to belong to Bill Buckley). He also said his
    playing has improved as well.

I'm gonna write him a letter back and see what's shakin.

RE:-1 No offense, I noticed your personal name is "He died
for you 'n' me". Is He who I think He is! I have often
wondered if there were any Christian Guitarists in this
conference. Do you play at any local coffee houses?
		Do you any Christian songs?

| | He's who you think he is. JESUS!! There are a few of us in here. Mike
Heiser, and Glen House to name a few. You probably have seen these
names in the conference..I am a Christian guitarist. I did play with a
band called "Innocent Fire" out of the Southern NH area. We broke up
about a year ago. We did play at coffee houses all around the area.
Also jails, roller skating rinks, festivals and a couple of clubs...I
write music and have some songs recorded. Some of them are like 6 years
old and some are a few years old..The style is a cross between HR and
HM. I do have a couple of rock ballards with some acoustic guitar
though. I am in the process of re-recording some older stuff from
around 6 years ago. I do all my recordings in my friends studio which
is nice. The both of co-write a lot of the music but I have some of my
    own also..

calling me "Glenn" all my life 'cause that's my father's name.

| | Carlos Santana, in recent interviews, says that the highest plane of
music for him is to make people laugh and cry at the same time. I'm
still trying to get the timing down, because I can only do one at a
    time! :7)

I've composed a couple of neat tunes in the time since I left DEC, but
as always, I've yet to sit my ass dowm and work out some lyrics. Also
trying to get a round tuit to record up somethin for the guitar noters
