| | Hi
Jerry Donahue was a member of an English folk group called Fairport
Convention and as far as I am aware was guitarist in their last
    regular line up.

He does have a solo album called "Telecasting" released on the UK
"Music Maker" label which includes the piece he performs on the
    program that you mentioned.

Music Maker are based at Alexander House
    			     Forehill
    			     Ely
    			     Cambridgeshire
    			     CB7 4AF.

He is a great player and I hope the you get the chance of seeing him
    perform.....

BTW, although he is known as a British player, Donahue was born
in the US and moved to the UK in the sixties.

Some Donahue recordings in addition to "Telecasting":

    With Fotheringay:

Fotheringay (A&M/Carthage/Island) (IMHO his solos on "Nothing More"
and "The Sea" rate as his best ever)
    With Sandy Denny:

North Star Grassman and the Ravens (A&M/Carthage/Island)

    Sandy (A&M/Island)

Like An Old Fashioned Waltz (Carthage/Island)

    Rendezvous (Carthage/Island)

    With Fairport Convention:

    Nine (Island)

A Movable Feast (in UK I think the title is Fairport Live) (Island)

Rise Up For The Moon (Island)

Expletive Delighted (Varrick/Woodworm) (appears on one track only)

| | It's funny, I listened to Telecasting over the weekend for the first
time in ages... I can recommend it (though most of it isn't as up-tempo
as the Beak and the Claw). The Beak and the Claw was featured in
the GP soundpage, though it's a different version to that on
    Telecasting.

More recently, apart from the Fairport reunion last year, Jerry's
been playing with Julian Dawson (though I don't think he's on the
    latest LP).

    Nick
