    Does anyone have an address or telephone number for WD Pickgards
    (supposidly out in California somewhere)?

    I'm looking to replace the pickguard in my lead 1 (and the pickups
    etc.)

    thanks

    Dave,
      I got a new guard for my Tele-Deluxe from them. It's not that
    common and it took them 3 times to get it right. The last time
    I sent out a photo-copy of the guard. The one they sent me fit
    perfect. They're located in Farmingdale NY. The Phone # is;

    (516)243-2233

    Also try Angela's Intruments in Maryland. Thier # is (301)725-0451.
    They had 2 Fender Humbuckers for the Deluxe in house. I could not
    find them anywhere else. Oh yeah, look at note 424 for another discount
    Fender parts place. Hope this helps.
