Last night I was stuck in traffic in Worcester right where
Main St intersects with Franklin St. I happened to notice
that Gordon's Music has a new store right on Main st near
that corner. It is a good location for them as far as
being in a busy spot, however, parking is a real hassle
in that area of Worcester. Gordon's music used to be on
Rt 12 (West Boylston St), but that store is now Billy Dee's.
Seeing as how they have a new store in a high-rent district,
I wonder if they are going to be competative with the bigger
stores in town like Union Music or Wurlitzers. In order to do
that they are going to have to stock a hell of a lot more
stuff than they did at their old location. I guess they also
have a store in Oxford, or near that area.
Has anyone checked out their new store yet. How is it. Anything
worth checking out ?
