What is the 'proper' way to start up oracle in a Trucluster
    OPS environment?

I would have that that it should be done through a user script in
a trucluster service - but there is no way that i am aware of to
ensure that it runs only after the other services that bring the
    drds online have finished.

If it is done with a script in rc3.d then you need to issue
an 'asemgr -d' and check for the required services to be online...

Is there some other 'correct' way?
