Can anyone refer me to a program that will do loan/mortgage analysis
that also calculates early/principle-only payments and how they effect
when the loan is paid off, interest paid, etc.
I have recently purchased Pha$ar, and have spoken with the program
creator, and he has indicated that Pha$ar only handles a mortgage that
is paid exactly as setup (no early payments, etc.).
In dire need . . .

I've never used it but there is a program called LoanCalc on
FF492 which appears to support early payments.
