Looks like an intermittant thing. I was able to access the system last
night about 10pm EST.

Could be that in time of much DECnet traffic the maximum link
value (defined at the EXECUTOR in the NCP) is exceeded.

EOT looks O.K. now. The max links is set to 64. This maybe a
little low. It seems to run about 40 links all the time.
Also EXPECT EOT TO BE UNREACHABLE for a short time today. They are
working on the network today ( new bridge ).
