    I have chedked all the notes but still need help.  I have an AMIGA 1000
    (don't laugh).  Its been a good machine.  I have an RLL controller and
    RD53 hard drive.  I have had this working before.  I tried to upgrad to
    and RD54 but have had to many problems.  So I've been trying to get
    back to using the RD53.
    I thought I would be smart and reformat the Drive and its partitions
    (DH0,1,2).  I was able to FMT 0/quiet no problem (15 minutes)  But,
    when I went to FORMAT DRIVE dh0: NAME "DH0" for the firts 300
    cylinders it returns with in 1 second say it is complete.  I have
    checked the FMT parms and the mountlist.  WHAT AM I DOING WRONG??

	I think you'll get more help if you supply more info: what kind of RLL card are you using, what kind of interface to the 1000 you're using, etc.
