| | VirusX 4.01 is already here, someplace, probably on TAPE. I downloaded
it from the net last week.

| | re 2> Fullview is sort of a multi-purpose text/image viewer. Although I
haven't seen the latest version, the previous one offered several
features which I liked in a text viewer, including a built in
file compressor/decompressor, scroll speed settings, forward
and backward scroll (mouse control for direction), search, print
(both screen or file) and several other neat things. It also
provided full screen display and all functions were keyboard
and/or pull down menu. It was bone by Jonathan Potter I believe.
I think the latest version added IFF viewing capability as well.

Feature wise I prefer it to Less or More or Much More, but
the older version I have was a bit too bugy for exclusive use
(MemGuard frequently objected to the old version, but hopefully
     	  that's been fixed).

re 1 & 3> Thanks for the upload, I found it on CRISTA.

Careful ... VirusX 4.01 appears to be incompatible with
Quarterback V4.0. When you insert your first floppy for backup, the
    Amiga crashes.

| | I've been using both since they can out and have never had a problem
in either direction. If your description is true; perhaps it only
happens when loading a disk that has a non-standard AmigaDos and/or
    Quarterback bootblock?

| | Are either of you running NoClick or CrossDos? Both patch the
trackdisk.device and could potentially cause compatability problems.

| | Yes, I am using CrossDOS as well as SetCPU. But the problem only occurs
    with V4.01, not V4.0.
