    I have a postscript problem I'm hoping y'all can help me out with...
    
    I've been using a package called "Publisher Plus" which when
    I initially purchased, was regarded as the "Poor man's ProPage"
    
    I have produced a series of postscript files, which I've then uploaded
    to the vax. 
    
    The problem: The files print fine on an LPS40, yet fall over completely
                 when printed on an LNO3R
    
    The error message: 
    
	%LPS-W-UNDEF, undefined:  Name not known - offending command is
	ict
	%LPS-E-FLUSHING, Rest of Job (to EOJ) will be ignored.

    Looking at the file, it doesnt look like normal postscript to
    me...I can post it to anyone who coould help (No point putting it here
    it'll just take up unnecessary disk space)
    
    Any and all help appreciated

	I also have Publisher Plus, tho' I haven't tried the PostScript yet. I'll give it a try and see if it does wierd things here in Birmingham. Tony

	I've had the same problem with ProPage PS files. In one case I found it to be a memory problem with the A2091 (1Meg installed). What postscprit print server are you using. I found PSPRINT complains more than LPS or CPS. ($ show que/full and look at the /Processor keyword) ... Rich

	How are you uploading the files? Have you tried zooing them then uploading the ZOO file and deZOO on VMS? This would allow you to catch any errors when you deZOO the files. John

	I use XMODEM...I cart my amiga into work and fire up a terminal emulator called GP TERM. It's Settings are as follows: Protocol : XMODEM Auto chop : OFF XMODEM Err Chk: CRC Transfer Mode : Text conv CR/LF Block Size : Auto Terminal speed is set to 9600 (Because I plug straight into the back of a terminal server, modem hassles are avoided) $set term/speed=9600/perm I then issue the command: $ XMODEM -ICR [Filename.ext] and proceed to xfer the file from Amiga to VAX...
