The quick answer...
VLT (& VLTjr) have 132 but only vt100
As I recall, without checking,
Smokey VT200, and relatives Wheat, & Meshugana.
Handshake and JrComm probably do too. Not full
vt200 though.
Smokey etc. probably have the best emulations/keyboard
mappings etc., but I put up with vt100 emulation on
VLT because the whole terminal environment is
nicer.
