I have uploaded LS V3.1 to NORSE""::AMIGA:[UPLOADS]. LS is a great replacement command for both DIR and LIST and has many more functions too. (Also I think the output looks much better - I hate DIR's format...) This is an update to version 2.2 that is floating around the net somewhere. Enjoy, ...richard

Thank you for making this available. Unlike LIST or DIR, it will
scan an entire hard disk and print the names and sizes of all the
files in a single command. I have used this feature to "clean up"
my hard disk, reducing it from over 90% full to 81%, without deleting
anything of any significance.

I was introduced to DiskMaster last weekend, when I saw it running in a
store. It looks like it might be a good package, but I don't know
enough about it to compare it to LS. In any case, LS was sufficient
for my limited needs.
