Has anyone successfully installed VideoTitler on a harddrive and
made it run from workbench. I followed the installation procedure
and it runs from CLI, but i want it to start from WB.
I tried the following:
o copied VideoTitler.info from floppy to harddrive
o opened icon and used INFO to change the tool spec
o double click on icon and it starts, but fails to find the settings
file
Should i try a drawer to point to the VideoTitler directory and
then use VideoTitler.info?
mark (i'm still quite new at this)

Bear in mind that under the new 1.3 IconX command, you can invoke
anything from a Workbench icon by creating the appropriate script
file. For example, I wanted to run Matrix Laboratory from a Workbench
icon. I created a script file called MatStart which had the following
lines...
Assign FOR: DH1:Science
NewShell NewCON:0/0/640/400/Matrix_Laboratory s:MatLabStart
EndShell >nil:
This script file opens a 640 x 400 console window and then executes a
second script file called MatLabStart, which is simply the name of the
program. The script bit must be set on MatLabStart.
I then copied over a project Icon and made IconX the default tool. I
can now load and run a non-WB program from a WB icon.
