| I can help you as much as you want. I have played LL under
MS-DOS on IBM-PC compatible machines; I assume the Amiga
version plays the same.
What you really need to do is when you enter a new room, do a
look to get some hints. For example, when you enter the casino
and walk on thru to where the elevators are, if you do a look,
you will be told something about the ashtray. So, look in the
ashtray. This will help you get something that will enable you
to get into the disco.
Another suggestion: trying giving various objects to people you
run into. You'll be amazed at what useful things you may
receive in return.
Try knocking on the door that's on your right after you enter
Lefty's.
Remember: look in general, look in detail, get as much as you
can, try to give as much as people will take.
BIG HINT: you need to keep a LOT of money (you'll have major
expenses coming up). The only way I figured out to do this was
to sit at the blackjack table and repeatedly do "save game" when
I won and "restore game" when I lost. If you just try to rack
up cash by playing "fair," I don't think you'll ever be able to
get enough.

| Can anyone offer another hint or two?
- What can be given to the blonde in the disco (and with what results)?
- How can one get the "stimulating thing" in the east window?
- Are there any other places to go besides the disco, store, quickie
wedding, and the bar?
- Should you do anything else for the man selling apples besides
buy one?
- Is there a way to "win"? Is there more than one way?

| Is there a way to copy LLS into RAM so that the disk accesses between
scene changes will be faster? I haven't even been able to make a
backup copy that runs. I tried Marauder with Brain 8. Thanks.

Good question! Did you ever figure it out?? If I reach for it from the
fire escape, I fall and die. I assume I need to give it to the lady on
the eight floor of the casino?

In order to get the stimulating thing you need to secure your
self to the rail,
Hint follow ff
you need a piece of rope
The rope is at the hotel
You have to do some pretty kinky things to get the rope %^)

Get FaccII. It'll make LLL a *lot* more enjoyable (plus a lot
of other software, too!)
