Is there any place nowadays from where I could copy the ARC
program. I need a not arched version, because I don't have
an ARC yet. I have searched many directories mentioned in
the early notes here, but haven't succeeded to find one...
Hopefully waiting...

Try COOKIE::DISK$GZ_2:[WECKER.AMIGA]. This is Dave Wecker's Amiga
directory and it contains just about every bit of useful
PD/Shareware Amiga software.
The files you want are:
