When trying to download several arc files
(bdash.arc,missile.arc,vt100_26.arc) iI received bad header information
on my amiga. I thought that something had gone wrong with the transfer
but then i did $ arc l arcfilename on the vax and my listing showed
bad header information. This seems strange that each arc file I
listed had bad header information. Has anyone else experienced
    similar problems?

| Were you able to successfully un-arc the files anyway? I believe
that I have gotten that message several times, but the files loaded
    and ran fine anyway.

Sorry you had so much trouble getting ARC running. As I noted earlier,
the ARC.BIN that I posted was corrupted. I've recently moved from
Worcester, MA to Grafton, MA and the phone lines here are just awful.

| I was unable to unarc the files on my amiga. In fact I had to do
a warm reboot because the amiga hung during the unarcing.
