Missile.arc doesn't contain the exe for missile. Everything else
    downloaded ok though.

    The anticipation is killing me.

Thanks for your time and effort. The FF disks are a little slow
in hitting my supplier so I'm only up to ~46 now.

I'll check the arc tonight and put up a new one if it is missing
the main missile program. The main program is called "missile".

| | Steve,

Thanks for uploading missile command it works great.

I can't seem to get more than 2000. Do you understand how the
the missiles are allocated? How do the left and right mouse buttons
differ? Sometimes I seem to have a lot of missiles and other times
    I run out right away.

    regards,

The screen contains the standard 5 cities and two mountains.
The atackers fire missiles at all seven objects. The right and left
mouse buttons fire defense missiles from the right and left mountains.
If a city is hit it is distroyed. If a mountain is hit it loses
all it's missiles ( no more mouse button, no more defense ).

Do you load the sound files ( menue option ) ?? I think they
are the best part of the game.

| | Missile is a blast. The only thing I don't like
is the yell that preceeds each wave, to the point where
I don't load the sounds.
Thanks for making it available !

| | I recently downloaded Missile Command from MVCAD3 everything seems
to run OK except for one thing. When I select the menu entry for
loading sounds, it comes back with the message "unable to load sounds".
Anybody else have a problem like this?

It did the trick for me.

Also be sure the current default directoy contains the sounds.
You might try starting from CLI to be sure of this.

I just recently pulled missile command off of notes, but I have
a problem. When ever I startup missile command, I barely see a
startup screen and then it jumps into the main game screen. After the
game starts, I fire once, and then everything freezes. No mouse movement
and I have to reboot to do anything. Could this me a hardware problem?
