Anyone gotten a demo of 'LOGISTIX' yet? My dealer had one unopened
box, and didn't want to wreck the package...but it looks like a
real killer; spreadsheet, database, graphics, and time management,
including Gannt charts (for those like myself who are very
scatterbrained about time flow). The program retails for $250.00,
but of course can be bought for less.
The advertisments claim that the program can read in any format,
Lotus, DIF, etc. What I really like is the capability to run in
640 x 400 mode with 16 colors, giving a view of 48 rows of data
on the screen at once.
The program also makes full use of Intuition, including multitasking.
INFO magazine has a gorgeous screen shot showing three hi-res graphs
on the screen in their own little window.
This looks like it will be quite a heavyweight. I also respect
the publisher for not advertising until the program was available.
