    Hello,

I have a customer running OpenVMS V6.2-1H3 and PCM V1.6

He noticed that all of his icons on his C3 display were greyed out. We
asked him to try to connect via a decterm and he got back host is
disabled or unavailable. He was still getting events from the nodes
displayed via the multiline display and they were all using LAT as a
connection to the different terminal servers.

After the customer rebooted the problem went away. This has never
happened before and hasn't happened since.

Has anyone seen this behaviour ? we don't know what happened.

    Thanks,

| From the DCL prompt, type the command CONSOLE STATUS /ALL.

When the icons are greyed out, it means either the particular system is
disabled or that PCM cannot reach it via the selected connection (ie
    Telnet or LAT).
