Hi,
I've a problem to archive some systems logfiles
while running PCM. On several different systems,
message appears " ARCHIVE FAILED " and at same
times " system CONNECTION LOST ... DATA OVERRUN "
on ENS window . It works on some systems .
I find in User Guide that's possible to archive
with PCM running . Because we've OSCINT/WATCHDOG
running with PCM, it's very difficult to shutdown
PCM .
Has anybody an idea about this problem ?

"CONNECTION LOST ... DATA OVERRUN"
This means you have a flow control problem. Are your decserver ports
set to use XON/XOFF flow control? Have you increased the size of the
alternate typeahead buffer on the PCM engine? To do the latter you set
the folloiwng sysgen params *on the PCM engine only*.
TTY_ALTYPAHD = 2000
TTY_ALTALARM = 640
You must reboot the PCM engine after setting these parameters via
AUTOGEN.
