    My customer is used to having all the VAXcluster consoles' listing
    available at a moment's notice to review.
    
    He wants to keep PCM up in monitor mode all the time.  I was thinking
    of only logging on by the operator once every couple of hours to
    view the OPCOM messages.  
    
    I am interested to know what other sites are doing.  Do people keep
    it up in monitor mode all the time? Or as needed?
    
    Also,  I set an account today for the OPERATOR and tried to limit
    the VMS privileges as well as the the PCM privileges.  Is this about
    what people are doing as well?
    
    Appreciating other's experience.
