Hi,
Customer report that they can't start the Console Manager C3
interface when using a non-root account. Error message
"Unable to connect ENS" found. I found that someone have reported
this problem to IPMT. Could someone tell me what are the status now ?
How to resolve the problem ? (Customer may not want to uses the
root account). Customer is running Ver 1.6 with ECO02 installed.

I asked the same question some time ago 1331.0
But did not receive any answer. At this time our operators use
telnet decserver_name telnet_number.

Hello,
It could be a problem of Unix setup. I know somebody who had the
same problem in Portugal with a customer, but was not able to reproduce
the problem when back in his internal Digital system.
You can submit an IPMT for this. I tried to reinstall Unix, reinstall
console manager + ECO01 and ECO02 but it is still the same.
