Can any one give any advise/help on the following -

Customer using PCM V1.6-211 on a Alpha 2100 with OpenVMS V6.1.
When he uses the following console extract command -

$ console extract/since=23-jun/before=today/event aclog

the process uses lots of CPU and I/O but provides no output. They run this
command on 2 systems, one always has problems the other is fine. Customer told
me that he had this problem a while ago but upgraded PCM and the problem went
away. Unfortunately it's come back.
