AlphaServer 400 4/266.
We do not have the documentation and are trying to find how to be able
to use a port for console manager instead of using the VGA as the
console ?
Is it just like other systems one of the COM ports ?
Need to flip any switches ?

Yes.

You must shutdown the machine and do
>>> set console serial
Hook a terminal up to the MMJ com port and power-cycle the system. You
should start seeing the power-on self-test on the screen. You can
now hook it to PCM
