I have a customer who is running PCM ver. V1.6-110 They have a batch
job that does a archive all. The batch job takes up 100% of the cpu
    but does nothing.

I analyzed the process while it was running and the active image is
    console$archive.exe

It look like the process is just looping. here is some of the PC

They run the job interactively and it finished in 10 min.

I seen a eirs article that said this problem occured in earlier
    versions of the product.

I wanted to know if any has seen this in this version.
