    Hello,
    
    
    Customer came up with the following:
    
    He states he experiences a crash of ctrl 01 in an average of once a
    day.
    
    He say's the accvio looks like.
    
    crash: acces violation, reason mask 00, virt addr. 39302e38 pc 0008228c
    ps 0000001B.
    
    He 'by acciddent' deleted the logfile with the crash.
    
    Is this a known problem?
