Probleme description:
	 Console reconf issued from a DECterm (DCL) without response. All 
 	 console daemon in HIB state.

	 After ^Y, message "Read error on Local socket CONSOLE_CTRL" appended
         in CONSOLE$DAEMON.LOG

	 If same command is issued from another DECterm, it works (Eventlist    
         notified)

	 If CONSOLE$DEBUG set to all, nothing appended in CONSOLE$DAEMON.LOG 
         until ^Y entered
	 
Any idea to help in problem investigation or else ?
