yes I know about console$debug ... but at the time the pb occured, console$debug
was defined to true and we saw nothing in the logs.
I suppose that you need to restart PCM if you define console$debug to all ...
and then the problem disappears ... and for the moment no one knows when it will
occur again ...
One information I didn't give you is that this customer is using an Event 
preprocessor.
Could this explain the fact that no events appeared in C3 ?
Is there a special work to do on this preprocessor after applying a patch ?
(csc_125 in this case ...).
I'm not familiar at all with this ... Could it be this preprocessor (process)
that was hang ?...

We can give you CONSOLE$ENS_ENS_DAEMON.LOG to investigate but this log file is
big (2500 blocks for a day).
And it's very hard to navigate in this log because no datation is done for
anything reported !
Could-you tell us guidelines to investigate ?
