Seen this problem with console managar V1.5-000

	if I do a 'console mon <system name>'

	and I find that the system is locked I can perform the 'unlock'
command everything works find I cna htne connect to it, but if I did
an 'unlock <system name>' I hang.. This caused me to re-boot the PCM system to
recover...
