I would expect you have a setup problem as I've run 1.6 on a 3.2 OSF
system and it works fine. I would start with the basics here.
First, do a CONSOLE EXTRACT/EVENT/TIME against several of the systems.
If there are events in the log and the customer is expectingsome action
to trigger ten you need to look at the filters int he config database.
If these look okay, doe the following:
$ DEFINE/SYSTEM CONSOLE$DEBUG ENS
$ @SYS$STARTUP:CONSOLE$STARTUP RESTART
If the EXTRACT command doesn't show you any events then you need to
check the node records to see what profile they use and subsequently
the scan profiles themselves. There is alos the remote possibility
that no events have occurred.
Regards,
Dan

....
It was setup problem: the string on event definition dosen't match
console event string.
Version 1.6 is very nice.
