    Hi,
    
    In PCM T1.6-009 on OpenVMS AXP V6.1 we encounter the following
    problem:
    
    $	cons mon system
    
    Command: help
    
    and now it is impossible to get out of help
    
    After topic? you can enter <CR>, <CTRL/Z>, <CTRL/Y>
    In all these case you see the monitor again for one second and then go
    back to help
    In the case of <CTRL/C> you are still in help, and when the prompt
    is Topic? you go back to CONSOLE Subtopic?
    
    Only two <CTRL/Y>'s let you escape to DCL again.
