    We're running Console Manager V1.5 with ECO1 and MUPA installed on
    OpenVMS V6.1 (AXP)
    
    We can't open more than four connect windows from the C3 interface
    without getting SYSTEM-F-EXQUOTA.
    
    We've tried upping PRCLM but this didn't help.
    
    Any ideas?

Hi,
   if running interactive up your Pagefile Quota for the account
from which the C3 is run.
