| Yes,
the DNS server seems to go through stages of getting bored with
resovlving names.
The kit is not currently available so hold hard.

opg is opg.reo.dec.com (16.36.32.65)
However, this will do you no good, the kits are not available via ftp
from opg, you should use elbrig.reo.dec.com (16.36.32.86) instead.
