    There is a bug in the latest 05-MAY T1.6 release install.  VMIDEFER.COM
    has: MOVE_FILE CONSOLE_ICON67 CONSOLE$ROOT:[ICONS.SYSTEM]USA.BG_XBM;1 
    
    Notice the version number.  This will cause the install to blow up
    if the file already exists.
