Input needed from the field:
We are interested in getting examples or a list of the
types of reports customers actually generate from the
PCM history log. I know that customers usually ask for
this type of functionality, I would like to know if
they actually use this on a regular basis, and if so
what types of reports are they generating. Are the
reports based on types of events? within a certain timeframe?
what are they doing with the generated reports?
