    I have installed PCM on ULTRIX and VMS systems. One customer
    also uses PC/eXcursion as display. In my and my customers' opinion
    many colour texts of PCM are not readable if default colours are
    used. This is show events window and show log event (from show events)
    and single shot ENS window.
    If window background is changed to back texts can be read 
    (like ENS multiline window). But then head line of window
    can be seen.
    
    Have you changed colours and how? Or do you like default colours?

  For eventlist, try the following in the resource file...

Console Event List.foreground:
Console Event List.background:
Console Event List.Indeterminate:
Console Event List.Clear:
Console Event List.Warning:
Console Event List.Minor:
Console Event List.Major:
Console Event List.Critical:


  These are not documented and are liable to change in a
  future release. When I get more time, I will be adding
  color customization to eventlist so that you can do all
  this without editing the resource file.

  The resource file will be in the following locations...

  SYS$LOGIN: or CONSOLE$USER_DEFAULTS: for Interactive use

  CONSOLE$APP_DEFAULTS: for C3 or Action routines.

Mick,

  For interactive use, either in your home directory or the place
  pointed to by the environment variable CONSOLE_USER_DEFAULTS

  For an action routine, or the eventlist attached to the C3 you
  should find the resource file in /var/opt/console/app-defaults
  (on OSF/1) or /var/kits/console/app-defaults (on ULTRIX).
