    With PSC dispatch of action can be limited by setting 
    dispatch hours. This is very good feature. But is there any holidays 
    data file which could be used to tell to PSC if it is Easter for 
    example, then do dispatching as at Sundays?
    
    DECps has also this kind of schedule set up. You can tell
    when data is collected. It is very easy to copy schedule information
    from one day to other days or only to weekdays or weekends.
    PSC engineering should look at DECps schedule set up for next version of
    PSC
