Whilst at CONSOLE MONITOR node, I set a key to send BREAK signal using command

	SET BREAK ctrl_h

Then connect to node and press control-h. Now CM nicely asks whethet it should
proceed to indeed send BREAK. However, nothing really happens whether you
respond Y or N. Instead all the CM processes have vanished from the system and
the monitor window states that CM has been shutdown. 

Below are the accounting records for CM processes.
