Subj: 	build export_all failure
In a sandbox backed by v32csupportos.nightly,
I did this:
cd src
build export_all
After a while, here is what I got:
makepath libl/. && cd libl &&  exec make 'RELEASE_OPTIONS=-idfile `genloc
/src/setup/osf1_idlist`'    MAKEFILE_PASS=FIFTH export_all
rm -f /usr/sb/z32c/export/alpha/usr/ccs/lib//libl.a
makepath /usr/sb/z32c/export/alpha/usr/ccs/lib//libl.a
for i in libln.a; do rm -f $i; ln libl.a $i; done
ln: libl.a and libln.a are located on different file systems.

How do I get build export_all to work?
	Thanks,
