Hi,
	Bob Kinstler and I are having the same problem. We try to build
a v3.2c kernel and get the following:

(shortened considerably...)

rm -f vmunix vmunix.sys
loading vmunix.sys
/usr/sde/osf1/build/v32csupportos.nightly/tools/alpha_OSF1/alpha/acc/ld:
Error: Undefined:
pts_cdev
*** Exit 1 (ignored)
chmod 755 a.out
chmod: a.out: No such file or directory
*** Exit 4
Stop.

	We cannot figure out the problem. Any help is appreciated!

When were you building? The fileserver inr which hold this tree did go down at 
noon for a while as advertised. Did you try a relink to see if this was a
