Subj: osf ode workons must be restarted for bsubmits to work
Developers needing to submit into OSF/1 pools:
Sorry for the interruption of service, but, before you do any bsubmits to
any osf/1 pools, you will have to exit and re-start your 'workon' session,
or else you will get an "Are you in a workon?" error message.
This was caused by an unexpected shutdown/restart of the ode3.0 server
on the osf/1 pool submit server (secret.zk3.dec.com).
