Janet, the lock its waiting for is in your own sandbox.  Probably you
killed a process that had the lock out.  Just rm .BCSlock which is
in the src directory of your sandbox.  That file will then get recreated
and a new flock taken out on it...

	I get the above message for bcs, bco, etc. and then the command
	just hangs, I guess waiting for the lock.  My sb is backed by
	goldminos.nightly and the set is Janet_Schank_goldmin.
